TERMS OF SERVICE

General Terms

You must be 18+ to order NSFW artwork.
I (Rourou le cailloux) reserve the right to decline or cancel a commission at any time.
Turnaround time varies; you will receive a sketch within 2 weeks unless otherwise discussed.
By commissioning me, you agree to these Terms of Service.

A 50% deposit may be required before I begin working.
The remaining amount must be paid before final delivery of the artwork.
If an invoice is sent, payment is expected within 15 days unless we agree on another deadline.
I may charge early if the client remains unresponsive for more than 30 days.
I reserve the right to withhold the final artwork until full payment is received.

Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel before I start.
If I cancel due to unexpected circumstances, you will be fully refunded.
If you cancel during the work process, you must pay for the work completed up to that point.
I may cancel a commission for any reason; if so, you will be refunded based on what has already been completed.

Commissions include 3 rounds of revisions during the sketch phase and only 1 round of minor revision during rendering phase.
Additional revisions may incur extra fees, depending on time and complexity.
I will always notify you beforehand if extra costs apply.

Any images, references or text you provide will only be used for the purpose of creating your illustration.
I will not share, sell, or distribute your materials without explicit written permission.

I keep all moral rights to the artwork (I remain the creator).
You receive personal use rights unless we discuss commercial usage separately.
Commercial rights (merch, printing, reselling, etc.) require an additional fee.
I may display the finished artwork in my portfolio or on social media unless you request otherwise beforehand.
You are responsible for ensuring your commission does not violate third-party copyrights.
You can't use the artwork or anything related to it (like the sketch) to train/use AI in any way.

I am not responsible for delays caused by technical issues, force majeure, or lack of client response.
I am not responsible for legal issues relating to names, characters, or content provided by the client.
I am not responsible for how third parties use or interpret the artwork after delivery.
